The TRPA Governing Board elected to reconvene the Regional Plan Update Committee for several meetings in August, 2012 to provide further assistance and leadership on outstanding regional issues in the draft Regional Plan Update.

In 2013, following successful adoption of the 2012 Regional Plan Update, the Regional Plan Update Committee of the Governing Board reconvened as the Regional Plan Implementation Committee to help guide the processes that lead to full implementation of the Regional Plan updates. Community input, partner agency advisement and the input of Governing Board members are vital to putting the changes in the Plan on the ground.

The Committee had its first meeting in 2013 on March 27. A meeting schedule will be available here as it is developed.
